Packages are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours after receipt of your payment except for Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. We will of course do our best to ship the same day.

Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid unless defective*. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers and, if mailed in, it will be disposed of to comply with Health Code Regulations.

If your item is on backorder: Due to popular demand on our products, please make sure to understand that the waiting period for pre-orders / backorders ranges from 2-5 weeks. Once we receive the item, we'll ship your item/s within 1 business day. Pre-orders can not be canceled.
