What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard. You can also pay using PayPal if you have an account.
Do you have a phone number where I can contact you?
We do not have a public phone number, please send us an email with your questions or concerns to Info@ClimaxLane.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
What happens when my order/item is on backorder?
For items on backorder, there is an approximate two to five week lead time. If your order includes any such items, your order will be shipped once all items have been fulfilled.
Pre-Orders
Please make sure to understand that the waiting period for pre-orders ranges from 2-5 weeks. Pre-orders can NOT be canceled.

How much is shipping?
Free USA & PR Standard shipping for orders over $59 (before tax and after the coupon code is applied) otherwise the shipping cost is $8.95. If you need your order faster than the standard promised delivery date, you will be provided with other promise delivery dates to choose from. The cost of faster shipping will be determined based on the delivery date you choose.
How do we ship?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Once the order is processed an invoice will be sent to you. The tracking link can be found at the bottom of the invoice. Mail Innovations can take 2 to 3 days from the date the package is picked up to update their tracking link.
Discreet shipping.
In the U.S. all our packages are sent discreetly. There is no mention of the products or the name Climax Lane on the box. For outside the US countries such as Canada, customs obliges us to attach your invoice, which shows the name of the products (sex toy, dildo etc...), to your package.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from our logistics provider with the tracking number. Simply go to the website of the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) and enter your tracking number. You will be able to track your delivery in real time.
I haven't received an email with my tracking number.
Where can I find my tracking information? As Climax Lane is an 'adult' site, our emails are sometimes redirected to your SPAM. Check your SPAM folders. If you can't find it, log in to your client area and in 'Order history and details' you will find the tracking number. If the name of the carrier is not indicated, send us an email and we will send you all the details.
Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?
In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted. Once the order is processed and shipped we can not make any changes to the address. In most cases, if the order can not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded and can NOT be shipped back out.
When will my order be processed?
Your order will be taken to the post office within 24-48 hours after the payment has been received. Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday excluding U.S. Federal public holidays. If you order on Tuesday, your order will be dispatched on Wednesday. If you order on Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday.
How long does delivery take?
- For standard delivery in the U.S., it is usually 2 to 8 days depending on which coast you are. We are shipping from Florida.
- For 2nd Day delivery your order will be delivered in 48 hours (2 days) but don't forget to add the order preparation time of 24 hours.
- Overnight 24-hour Delivery means delivery will be made in 24 hours, but don't forget to add the order preparation time of 24 hours.
- Wednesday by Overnight, you will receive delivery on Friday and not on Thursday.
- Thursday by Overnight, you will receive delivery on Monday.
- Friday by Overnight, you will receive delivery on Tuesday.
*During the Christmas and Valentine's Day periods, we advise you to add 2 additional days to the delivery time due to work overload in postal sorting centers.
Custom taxes/fees to pay.
For the U.S. no custom taxes/fees are to be paid as we are shipping from the US to the US. For countries non US such as Canada you will have to pay customs and duties taxes.
It's been 4 days since my parcel was dispatched and it still hasn't been delivered. What should I do?
The postman may have tried to deliver it but you weren't home. Please check your letter box, The Postman will leave a non-delivery notification so you can pick up your package at your local post office. If you have not received a notice and your package has still not been delivered: contact us at Info@ClimaxLane.com
